Allweather Wood’s structural timbers and dimension lumber are approved for use above ground, in ground or in freshwater. Depending on the species and specific use, we treat with NatureWood®, Wolmanized® uCAC, or CCA preservative.

Structural timbers come in #1, #2 & Better and Selected Structural grades. Typically, a select structural grade is used where building codes require greater shear strength for a particular building design.

Available dimensions and sizes:

• 6 x 6 through 6 x 12 including 8 x 8; 8 – 32 feet in length. Dimension lumber gets sourced from quality mills for its square edge and limited defects sorted to meet Allweather Wood’s appearance requirements.
• 2 x 4 through 4 x 12; 8 – 20 feet in length with some 24 foot stock available in 4-inch items.
