Allweather Deck is designed for customers who prefer a long-lasting wood product on their deck. Allweather Deck is a pre-stained cedar color. Choose from #1 and Better grades of Hem fir selected for appearance.

Allweather Deck SYP (available only in Colorado) is a natural garden green color and can be painted or stained to color of choice. Made from #1 grade Southern pine lumber. Features include:

Pressure treated with NatureWood non-arsenic based preservative

Built-in water repellant

Lifetime warranty against rot, decay and insect attack

Allweather Wood's structural timbers and dimension lumber are approved for use above ground, in ground or in freshwater. Depending on the species and specific use, we treat with CCA or NatureWood non-arsenic based preservative.

Structural timbers come in #1, #2 & Better and Selected Structural grades. Typically, a select structural grade gets used where building codes require greater shear strength for a particular building design. Common uses include pole type building – ranging from simple open sided agricultural sheds to elaborate horse barns and shop facilities. Pole type construction generally costs less than conventional slab on grade framing.

Dimension lumber gets sourced from quality mills for its square edge and limited defects sorted to meet Allweather Wood's appearance requirements. Dimension lumber products are commonly used for support structure framing on decks.

At Allweather Wood our customer’s safety and well-being come first. Tha’s why we offer two varieties of fire retardant treated wood.

FirePRO Fire Retardant Treated Wood (FRTW) features structural lumber and plywood utilizing Douglas fir species pressure treated with Osmose brand FirePRO fire retardant. This product typically specified for use in areas not exposed to the weather or wetting where adopted building code permits the use of wood or fire retardant treated wood. FirePRO products carry the superior UL "FR-S" classification for surface burning characteristics.

D-Blaze Fire Retardant Treated Wood (DBLAZE) is versatile with a variety of softwood, plywood and hardwood awarded Underwriters Labs "FR-S" classification. Moreover, D-Blaze can be used in a variety of interior environments.

Fence boards get pressure treated and graded for appearance from Douglas fir species.

Available dimensions and sizes:

1 x 6, 6 feet in length and your choice of flat top and dog ear styles.

Fence posts come in either treated round agricultural posts or 4-inch square sawn. Choose dowelled posts and rails for attractive ranch type fencing projects.

Sawn posts selected by Allweather Wood must feature high free of heart center content. The result: stability from twist and crook. Posts also get treated for in-soil use and provide long life when buried directly or used in concrete.

Allweather Wood's structural timbers and dimension lumber receive CCA or NatureWood non-arsenic based preservative to meet fresh water building code requirements. When used for docks and floats, our products ensure a long and safe life.

Allweather Wood also offers structural timbers with higher degree of preservative protection for structures immersed in saltwater or exposed to saltwater splash. These timbers can be special ordered from any Allweather Wood plant

When necessary to bury wood in soil, you'll find Allweather Wood's structural timbers and dimension lumber treated appropriately for ground contact. Products receive CCA or NatureWood non-arsenic based preservative depending upon application. Choose from Hem fir, Douglas fir or Southern pine species.

Grades of lumber include Standard & Better, #2 & Better and Select Structural. Southern pine and Douglas fir also available in #1 grade.

Allweather Wood offers Borate treated wood for special climate and use conditions where end use is fully protected from the weather. Borate treated wood works in sill plate on foundations or as sub flooring in utility rooms and bathrooms. . It can also be used for interior framing as well as floor and roof sheathing.

Allweather Wood’s Borate treated wood is commonly used in Hawaii where all framing members in an entire house must preservative treated for protection against Formosan termites.

Allweather Wood features GeoDeck, a premiere composite decking brand; great looking, durable, low maintenance decking.
